Main feature of our procedure is the frequency a carbide tools can be decoated without any impact of the carbide (so-called Cobalt Leeching).

Another important quality features of the decoating are the cutting properties, f. e. cutting length or lifetime of the decoated and recoated carbide tools. In best case there is no difference of the efficiency between a tool with a first coat and the de-/recoated tool. The decoating of your tools is performed in our specially developed decoating facilities.
The facilities are semi-automated which makes over-night-orders easily to be handled.
